We’re at markets all around Washington, Oregon and Idaho from May to November during the regular market season. During the winter season we attend the Hood River Farmers Market once a month and periodically have pop-up markets in other locations. See below for dates and locations.

2026 Farmers Market Season

We are currently in “Winter Season”. At this point in time we have the following markets scheduled:

Hood River Farmers Market:

  • Jan 17th

  • Feb 21st

  • March 7th

  • April 4th

The regular market season scheduled will be posted as we are notified for acceptance, most likely around April.

Order ahead for easy pick-up

Simplify shopping by placing an order now for the steaks, roasts, and ground bison you want—and we’ll bring it to you all ready to go at one of our regular farmers market locations. Check out The Price List, pick out the cuts that you want and give us a call or shoot us an email.

Since actual weights vary, we’ll collect a general deposit from you when you place the order and then follow up by email or phone with the final balance to be collected at the farmers market.

Farmers Market Pre-orders MUST be placed at least 11 days prior to the requested market pick-up
