We’re at markets all around Washington, Oregon and Idaho from May to November during the regular market season. During the winter season we attend the Hood River Farmers Market once a month and periodically have pop-up markets in other locations. See below for dates and locations.

You can also PLACE A PRE - order and then pick it up at your local farmers market. see below for details.

If you can’t meet us at a market, we do drops along the way or reach out about shipping options!

Order ahead for easy pick-up

Simplify shopping by placing an order now for the steaks, roasts, and ground bison you want—and we’ll bring it to you all ready to go at one of our regular farmers market locations. Check out The Price List, pick out the cuts that you want and give us a call or shoot us an email.

Farmers Market Pre-orders MUST be placed at least 11 days prior to the requested market pick-up

Please provide/have the following information when placing an order:

  • Provide Farmers Market Location and Date

  • Provide specific cuts weight and/or count for each desired cut, and any special requests.

    • Ex. Ribeye Steaks 4 large steaks up to 4lbs, lots of marbling

    • Top Sirloin Roast 2 roasts 2-3 lbs ea., lean as possible

  • Phone number

  • Additional questions

Since actual weights vary, general deposit may be required from you when you place the order and then follow up by email or phone with the final balance to be collected prior to or at the farmers market.
