We have seasonal regional shipping options. Please reach out email, call, or text to see if we ship to your area. 10lb minimum for shipping orders.
Please provide the following when making an order:
Shipping address (please list your entire shipping address for quotes and to see if your location falls in our shipping area)
Provide specific cuts weight and/or count for each desired cut, and any special requests. ORDER MUST BE AT LEAST 10 LBS.
Ex. Ribeye Steaks 4 large steaks up to 4lbs, lots of marbling
Top Sirloin Roast 2 roasts 2-3 lbs ea., lean as possible

To ensure we can give you and your order the attention you deserve, SCHEDULE (with confirmation) a pre-order pick-up or time to pick out your order AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
We do not have a storefront that is manned consistently.
We are a working ranch and are not typically available to meet people for “drop-in” orders

Farmers Market Pre-orders MUST be placed at least 11 days prior to the requested market pick-up.
As we travel for a majority of our markets, and many weekends we attend markets across multiple days, this timeline is required to ensure that we have time to put the order together and get it packed in the trailer.
Freezer space is limited and subject to availability.

As package weights vary, a deposit may be required at time of order, and once order is processed you will be contacted with a remaining balance to be paid prior to or at pick-up.
